Requirements

you must have experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
experience working in a similar environment & resident group
nurse qualified with an active pin
level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent
at least 5 years operational and leadership experience
A knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services
further education in dementia care is desirable
currently working or has worked as a Registered Manager within complex care
