  • we have a variety of posts available in our Complex Care Team, Adult Safeguarding Team, Preparing for Adulthood, Hospital discharge , Reablement, Rapid Response Team and within our Mental Health Service based at either Bexley Civic Offices, or Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich
