we currently have social work posts available for Social Work England registered practitioners that have completed their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment
the appropriate standards are set out in the JD/Person Specification
we have a variety of posts available in our Complex Care Team, Adult Safeguarding Team, Preparing for Adulthood, Hospital discharge , Reablement, Rapid Response Team and within our Mental Health Service based at either Bexley Civic Offices, or Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich
these will be applied during the recruitment/selection and probationary stages
