  • monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

  • 2.7. Ensure that the policies and procedures for the conduct of staff are adhered to by implementing the Salvation Army’s HR Policies and Procedures
  • 4.5. Facilitate residents to participate in recreational and development activities
  • 2.4. Where necessary, participate in investigations related to the disciplinary process where conduct, attitude or quality of work is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the home

  • 6.3. Participate in the on call duty rota
  • 4.4. Arrange appointments and visits for residents and facilitate safe transport
  • 3.1. Lead the Care Staff when you are the Duty Team Leader to support a quality service delegating tasks and supporting staff with their duties
  • 3.4. Implement the admissions process for new residents ensuring that they feel welcomed to the home
  • leading and inspiring a team of Carers in the day to day running of the home
