managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety

this is a permanent, full-time role
you will work a 40-hour work week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
about You
management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
leadership and team management
ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements

financial Management: Oversee the practice’s financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing. Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and manage expenses

reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on practice performance, financial status, and other key metrics to senior management or practice owners
