Requirements


  • full mouth implant lab technician: 2 years
  • autoCAD: 3 years
  • minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Technician in a laboratory setting
  • proven ability to fabricate a wide range of dental appliances to a high standard, using both digital and analogue techniques
  • strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and fabrication techniques
  • experience in using CAD/CAM software, specifically Exocad
  • knowledge of implant planning and software like Exoplan and Codiagnostix
  • excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • A Zirconia expert, including different types, uses and brands
  • on top of recent Zirconia technological advancements and be competent with other biomaterials, like PMMA
  • must have experience of full mouth implant prosthetics especially aesthetics, function and occlusion
  • 3 years’ experience minimum in digital full mouth implants: 3 years
  • dental Technician: 2 years
  • qualified as a Clinical Dental Technician with relevant certifications and registrations
  • hold a relevant qualification, complemented by training and certification in Dental Technology
  • proven experience in denture fabrication, adjustments, repairs, and laboratory work
  • demonstrate practical experience in dental prosthetics fabrication, particularly in denture design and manufacturing
  • strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • possess exceptional attention to detail and precise manual dexterity necessary for crafting lifelike dental restorations

Responsibility


  • utilize CAD/CAM software, specifically Exocad, to design and manufacture dental restorations
  • perform implant guided surgery planning using Exoplan and Codiagnostix
  • interpret dentists' instructions and translate them into precise, functional, and aesthetically pleasing dental restorations
  • operate and maintain various laboratory equipment, including casting machines, milling machines, and polishing tools
  • ensure the quality and accuracy of all dental restorations through meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to quality control procedures
  • fabricate a wide range of dental appliances, including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, orthodontics , and other restorative dentistry devices, according to dentists' prescriptions and specifications, using both digital and analogue techniques
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
  • attention to detail when designing restorations
  • experience in digital design and manufacture as well as analogue techniques
  • manufacturing single and full arch implant restorations, crown and bridge work, aesthetic restorations
  • minimum of 2 years of experience
  • liaising with Dentists, patients and the wider team
  • create dental prosthetics, specialising in denture design and fabrication, precisely following the clinician's instructions
  • use dental impressions and models to craft accurately fitting dental restorations
  • maintain, operate, and calibrate sophisticated dental laboratory equipment
  • collaborate closely with dental professionals to understand and meet patient-specific requirements, delivering bespoke, high-quality dental prosthetics
  • adhere strictly to infection control protocols, ensuring a sterile and safe working environment compliant with regulatory standards
  • keep detailed records of all procedures and materials used for traceability and accountability
