A minimum of level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
experience of working in a childcare setting
experience in being a Room Leader or Deputy in a nursery setting
excellent communication and interpersonal skills

nursery Management: 1 year
full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
over 1 years’ experience of working in Early Years - Essential
sound knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
over 1 years’ experience of working in a management position - Desirable
level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership - Desirable

Responsibility

running the Nursery in the Absence of the Nursery Manager
ensuring that all children remain safe when on site
develop relationships with parents and outside agencies to aid the development of children within the setting
support and manage staff to ensure all children reach their full potential
support with administration requirements where necessary

this modern and creative nursery are seeking experienced, qualified Deputy Nursery Manager
salaries range from £27,100 - £31,000pa, depending on experience

this position is term-time only, fulltime, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week, permanent, Monday-Friday, and hours are between 8am - 6pm
