Responsibility


  • running the Nursery in the Absence of the Nursery Manager
  • ensuring that all children remain safe when on site
  • develop relationships with parents and outside agencies to aid the development of children within the setting
  • support and manage staff to ensure all children reach their full potential
  • support with administration requirements where necessary
  • EYFS Talent are currently working alongside an “Outstanding” Ofsted rated Nursery based in the Borough of Hillingdon
  • this modern and creative nursery are seeking experienced, qualified Deputy Nursery Manager
  • salaries range from £27,100 - £31,000pa, depending on experience
  • there is a lot of room for progression for the right candidate

  • this position is term-time only, fulltime, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week, permanent, Monday-Friday, and hours are between 8am - 6pm
