Responsibility


  • shadow experienced Life Coaches during sessions to gain practical knowledge
  • assist in preparing for coaching sessions, including setting up materials and helping with follow-up tasks
  • participate in training and development programs to learn coaching techniques and methodologies
  • provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and preparing session notes
  • begin to conduct individual coaching sessions under the supervision of an experienced coach, as skills and knowledge develop
  • reflect on coaching sessions and seek feedback to improve and develop coaching skills
  • manage and maintain a caseload of learners as agreed with your line manager and carry out regular learner interventions
  • inspire and motivate learners and identify any barriers and adapt to your learners’ needs
  • ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development
  • contribute to the production of high quality learning materials

  • functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent
