Responsibility


  • manage the redundancy restructuring process from an administrative perspective
  • provide admin support for a restructuring process, i.e. tracking communication, calculating redundancy packages, writing briefing scripts, redundancy letters
  • arranging outplacement
  • ensure employee recruitment and movement complies with all national and international immigration and tax regulations
  • managing a wide range of ER cases
  • building key relationships with senior stakeholders and line managers
  • providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters
  • identify & delivering required organisational changes
  • managing the annual performance processes
  • assisting with effective and engaging communication strategy and materials
  • managing the compensation & benefits processes
  • ad-hoc project work
  • play a key role in the annual performance and compensation review period
  • project managing the process and ensuring timelines are met
  • capture actions from performance planning meetings and monitor progress
  • create and maintaining performance documentation – i.e. firmwide metrics etc
  • ad hoc support to the HR Business Partners and where necessary Line Managers through the process
  • provide support and oversight for the HR Associate and HR Intern where required
  • provide HR advice and support to all employees and managers across the business
  • act as HR representative for investigations and performance management related matters
