Requirements

specific training delivery qualification or relevant work experience
minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation
willing to work towards NVQ 2 in Contact Centre, Call Handling or Customer Care or equivalent
experience of working in social services or health environment
able to provide evidence of experience in a high-volume customer facing role
experience of using /working with a multi user information systems
analytical skills and the ability to learn new business processes
recent policing experience in the last 2 years
excellent written and oral communication skills
experience of using IT systems and an aptitude to adapt to using various corporate IT applications
investigative: 1 year
working for the MET Police: 1 year
good knowledge of police procedures in either of the following subject areas intelligence, investigation, proactive management plans e.g., dev and tac plans, warrants or searches
