  • recent policing experience in the last 2 years
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • experience of using IT systems and an aptitude to adapt to using various corporate IT applications
  • investigative: 1 year
  • working for the MET Police: 1 year
  • good knowledge of police procedures in either of the following subject areas intelligence, investigation, proactive management plans e.g., dev and tac plans, warrants or searches
  • working for the Metropolitan Police: 1 year
  • you will already hold the Diploma level 4 qualification in Regulated Financial Planning and be willing to sit further required examinations
  • financial Services T&C experience with a high level of written and numerical detail is essential, alongside technical knowledge of pensions and investments relating to Financial Advice

Responsibility


  • to produce and maintain all user documentation for Mosaic
  • to provide training and support to all users of the Mosaic system, including system development, delivering classroom training courses, producing all system documentation and providing information and advice
  • to keep up to date with changes in relevant policy and procedures for adult social care and to have an understanding of the partnership between system development and reporting requirements

  • ensure thorough regular review the ITC validity and content
  • assess employees within the sales process and produce evidence of achievement
  • design, deliver and evaluate training to ensure sales process, product knowledge and regulatory requirements are delivered to customers competently and professionally
  • design and deliver knowledge and skills training to field management and staff
  • prepare and update the field annual product testing requirements as directed by the Divisional Manager
  • design and deliver training solutions to address identified business development areas
  • design and introduce E-Learning using both existing and new media solutions
  • to advise on maintenance training and competence requirements
  • to coordinate delivery of training via in-house and third party organisations
