  • specific training delivery qualification or relevant work experience
  • minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation
  • willing to work towards NVQ 2 in Contact Centre, Call Handling or Customer Care or equivalent
  • experience of working in social services or health environment
  • able to provide evidence of experience in a high-volume customer facing role
  • experience of using /working with a multi user information systems
  • analytical skills and the ability to learn new business processes
  • recent policing experience in the last 2 years
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • experience of using IT systems and an aptitude to adapt to using various corporate IT applications
  • investigative: 1 year
  • working for the MET Police: 1 year
  • good knowledge of police procedures in either of the following subject areas intelligence, investigation, proactive management plans e.g., dev and tac plans, warrants or searches
  • working for the Metropolitan Police: 1 year
  • financial Services experience with a high level of attention to written communications and numerical detail is essential
  • you will already hold the Diploma level 4 qualification in Regulated Financial Planning and be willing to sit further required examinations
  • financial Services T&C experience with a high level of written and numerical detail is essential, alongside technical knowledge of pensions and investments relating to Financial Advice
  • degree or equivalent in social work
  • current Social Work Wales registration

Responsibility


  • to have expert knowledge of and experience with Council Tax, Housing Benefit and the Council Tax Reduction scheme
