Requirements


  • previous graduate recruitment and development experience, ideally gained from a law firm
  • experience of gained from a professional services firm will also be considered
  • ideally you will have experience in campus recruitment and seat rotations
  • proven track record of building credibility quickly and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
  • previous Experience of delivering projects and processes on a cyclical basis

Responsibility


  • establish close relationships with staff, managers, and HR colleagues
  • be the first point of contact for recruitment campaigns and queries for managers, assisting with drafting Job Adverts
  • maintain and update all HR related applications and databases
  • any other duties as directed by the Recruitment Manager
  • assist managers, to arrange and coordinate recruitment campaigns, such as advertising in specialist publications, media, social media, as well as the intranet and extranet
  • ensure management of all local HR processes in a timely manner and within policy guidelines ensuring that documentation is recorded and stored in line with GDPR and company policy
  • ensuring all administrative tasks such as timely shortlisting, invitations for interview, drafting offer letters, conducting all pre-employment screening, agreeing start dates, issuing contracts are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • managing the HR Recruitment inbox and responding to queries as well as escalating complex issues to the Recruitment Manager in a timely manner
  • work alongside the recruitment manager to support the organisational change programmes collaborating with the payroll or HR team for best and consistent practice
  • coordinating all aspects of the firm’s participation in various law fairs and other recruitment presentations and events throughout the UK
  • developing and maintaining recruiting materials
  • reviewing and assessing applications for vacation schemes
  • managing Applicant Tracking System
  • managing the offer process for all candidates
  • leading on all aspects of the Winter, Easter and Summer vacation schemes
  • leading with trainee seat rotation
  • scheduling trainee development meetings
  • managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for trainees joining the firm
  • acting as key point of contact for future trainees, maintaining contact and engaging with them prior to start date
  • supporting the SQE training programmes and liaising with external provider
