  • senior HR Advisor required to work for a Global organisation based in Europe
  • however, this is a remote role with some European travel involved
  • we need someone who understands people, culture and Employment Law from Belgium and the Netherlands

  • this is a big role that is quite urgent and will be an initial 6 month FTC position that is likely to transition into something more permanent

Responsibility


  • please note this role is 60% - 70% employee relations, 30%-40% generalist
  • consistently providing a positive HR service to employees and managers in partnership with the business
  • ensuring HR policies, procedures and other documents meet legal and regulatory requirements, recommending and implementing changes as required
  • knowledgeable on the full breadth of HR policies, including writing contracts
  • support managers to increase their knowledge on HR issues, and supporting the HR team in upskilling the team and sharing knowledge
  • acting as the first point of contact to stakeholders, providing an efficient and professional HR service
  • managing complex employee relations cases end to end
  • managing employee relations cases
  • proactive and effective end-to-end management of an Employee Relations caseload
  • manage the mobility process within the HR team alongside the specialist teams and business partners
  • proactively supporting the Head of HR to deliver cyclical HR activities; change management programmes; HR projects and to drive HR initiatives

  • salary up to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

  • responsible for counselling and coaching managers on performance issues, policy interpretations, HR programs and employee relations matters
  • this is a true generalist position. You will support on the full employee life cycle, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle

  • consistently looking for ways to streamline current ways of working, and being forthright in suggesting and pioneering improvements
