to proactively mitigate HR operational risk aligned to our risk appetite

be a trusted partner to the business, providing coaching and feedback to managers and colleagues
day Rate: £400 per day
contract: 3 months
support the implementation of people strategies that directly support the achievement of People team KPI’s and the wider business KPIs
working to agreed KPI's such as absence management and colleague turnover; suggesting mechanisms to improve in these areas
partnering with managers to craft a learning culture, to develop future capabilities, talent management and succession planning
guide and influence line managers to ensure fairness and consistency in decision making
ensure the company is kept up to date and informed of any upcoming relevant changes in legislation
provide HR Business Support to all areas of the organisation
work with department leaders to aid continuous improvement, motivation and employee engagement
provide expert advice and guidance on the application of HR policies. best practice, employment law and IR
develop and maintain excellent relationships with union representatives to foster positive culture, ensure issues are managed effectively and ensure business objectives are delivered
