Requirements

  • you will ideally be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Employment taxes gained either in an Accounting Practice or in-house team

Responsibility


  • provide employment tax consulting and compliance services to your clients in the FS sector
  • due diligence on transactions
  • support on domestic and global employment tax projects
  • technical input and advice for HR/Finance and payroll transformations
  • involvement in the development and management of global programmes such as Business Traveller and Remote Workers
  • advising on cross border matters relating to income tax and social security
  • advising on reward taxation, contractor taxation and related compliance matters
  • advising on employment status
  • advising on payroll risks and compliance

  • assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
  • our client is seeking a confident communicator who enjoys business partnering, working with internal and external teams and an individual with demonstrable Employment Tax experience. You'll be ACA, CTA, or ATT qualified
  • responsible for ensuring the policies and legislation are up to date and build the company’s legal function from scratch
  • work closely with the Strategy team and the Operations Manager to support the execution of the Company Strategy
  • manage all HR processes and projects across strategy, business development, operations, finance, recruitment, compliance and HR
  • keep up to date on legislation and advise on any updates accordingly
  • advise on key laws and draft and review legal documents and work on various transactional matters
  • management of complex cases and supporting the development and delivery of the programme
  • provide an employment and skills service which is both relationship-based and which responds in a timely manner
  • delivering employment practice which is informed by the needs of business and participants, best evidence, and research knowledge
