our client are a large recruitment business with several divisions, focusing on high volume contract business

we currently have a warm desk with existing, recurring monthly revenue to gift to two experienced recruitment consultants upon joining the business
exceptional office environment and the opportunity to work hybrid, depending upon your role
due to a slight restructure of the business, we are looking to hire experienced temp/contract consultants to pick up and grow a high volume contract desk with an existing candidate base
they have a large amount of existing revenue, due to a restructure, to gift to new recruiters joining the business, to enable them to bypass the complete start-up phase that so often exists when undertaking a new role to make the transition for recruiters who are currently unhappy where they are to move without the fear of significant earning loss
the business has many warm historical clients to leverage and a current workforce which will need to be managed and grown
due to a slight restructure the business is looking to add some more experienced individuals from agency recruitment backgrounds to drive the hyper-growth that is planned over the next few years
the role is fast-paced with a fairly high level of transactions and will require someone who is used to looking after relatively sizeable base of workers whilst still generating new candidates to increase the desk
you will either be looking for a managerial position or to lead by example as a top performer, either way the expectation is that you take a significant role in the growth of the operation and want to fast track your career which is difficult to achieve in the large medical recruitment agencies
