  • OAT / Unit Testing Manager
  • should have UAT/OAT Management exp. In distributed test architecture
  • should have managed customer expectations and had good communication skills to highlight key messages

  • full Driving licence, access to a vehicle or access to means of mobility support

  • what you will be doing
  • triaging, commissioning, coordinating and reviewing all MPs’ Letters and correspondence addressed to the FCA’s Senior Leadership Team
  • monitor performance of projects against delivery plans including time, quality and spend and propose and enact interventions where necessary
  • produce accurate portfolio performance reporting highlighting potential risks, issues and opportunities
  • advising senior colleagues on stakeholder engagement strategies
  • develop and mature the FCA’s approach to portfolio management, delivery assurance and outcome and benefits tracking
  • owning and updating the Risk Register for MPs’ Letters and Executive Casework
  • support the development of a team of programme and portfolio management experts
  • take full responsibility for the maintenance and smooth operation of Unit 4 Business World within the finance department
  • lead the development, design and delivery of major change and transformation programmes as part of a wider corporate programme of change
  • ensure a multi-disciplinary corporate team of professionals work effectively to design and deliver change programmes
  • to ensure that staff implement and revise individual care plans and risk assessments that will promote positive outcomes for disabled children
  • work closely with corporate leads to ensure principles are hard wired into transformation plans
  • to assist and support the manager in the administration and orderly running of the home including delegated responsibilities
  • to assist the manager
  • ensure programmes are well developed and managed including business case development, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning and benefits realisation
