  • minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Health & Social Care
  • lead on Victim Support contract, attending meetings and positioning the Alliance for future contracts

Responsibility

  • managing and supporting the homes staff team, providing supervision on a regular basis, assessing staff performance and providing some training
  •  Promote a culture of open and transparency, ensuring anyone feels confident to whistle-blow where necessary on poor practice
  • to ensure recommendations or requirements from inspection reports and Regulation 44 reports are addressed and resolved within designated timescales
  •  Report and liaise where appropriate to Children’s Services, Ofsted, LADO’s, MASH and other relevant professionals involved in multi-agency safeguarding arena’s
  •  Make decisions with the child at the centre at all times
  • manage the Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home
  • £2,500 bunus if KPI's achieved
