minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Health & Social Care
lead on Victim Support contract, attending meetings and positioning the Alliance for future contracts

managing and supporting the homes staff team, providing supervision on a regular basis, assessing staff performance and providing some training
 Promote a culture of open and transparency, ensuring anyone feels confident to whistle-blow where necessary on poor practice
to ensure recommendations or requirements from inspection reports and Regulation 44 reports are addressed and resolved within designated timescales
 Report and liaise where appropriate to Children’s Services, Ofsted, LADO’s, MASH and other relevant professionals involved in multi-agency safeguarding arena’s
 Make decisions with the child at the centre at all times
manage the Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home
