A caring supportive company which rewards staff for their hard work. High standards are expected, but there is plenty of support to achieve this.

It just sounds like a bitter ex-employee of the company in question. Perhaps with no backbone to bring the allegations to light while working there. An not accepting their own incompetence of not being able to do the job required.
