There were two woman hairdressers cutting while I was waiting for my turn. The hairdresser at the far end of the shop was way more interested in talking to her customer and another guy called Wayne who just breezed in and sat down in one of the cutting chairs than worrying there were customers waiting. At the point she finished the haircut she told her colleague she was hungry and must get something to eat straightaway. She left the shop without saying a word to me being I was the next person in the queue. She then came to the window 5 minutes later and told the guy who had come in after me that she would be 5 minutes. Again blanking my presence. The remaining hairdresser finished her client before the other lady returned and I ended up getting a decent cut.
I thought the customer service was very poor and I will go elsewhere should I return to Abingdon.
