Scam free trial don’t use
Scam of a company advertise a free trial but don't send the free trial until they charge you £19 for 5 bars. Don't allow comments on their Instagram their message page, only check emails once every 5 business days. They're cancelling of subscription is on a Google form as if that's legal and no phone number. Reported them to the ASA and trading standards. Avoid!
Same problem here, never received the trial but charged £19 .
pure scam clearly false advertising of free trial, free trial comes with first paid box and cant be cancelled unless 1 month is paid, not stated clearly do not order.
Did you try to reach out to their customer service to discuss this issue? Also, do they provide an option for a refund if you weren't satisfied with their product or their policy?
They do not have any email or number all you get is a google form to fill and send which you wouldnot if they have actually received as they would not acknowledge anything, just pathetic in todays era of customer service
