A caring supportive company which rewards staff for their hard work. High standards are expected, but there is plenty of support to achieve this.

A strange place to claim to have a family atmosphere. Staff are charged crazy rent for the Louma staff house and are not allowed to use any of the facilities at Louma after hours.
