The question regarding the east of use for beginners, it’s best to look at the website as I’ve seen it in operation at a seminar at Cambridge University..ranging from ex military that required rehabilitation fitness to young children looking to develop their wellbeing being and fitness in simple programmes .. one programme was delivered by a wheelchair user !! Impressive
