I was quoted a price but when the cleaner arrived he said that was only a guide price and said it would cost £100 more. I wanted the work done urgently so I reluctantly agreed. The cleaner also asked to use my phone saying there was a problem with his phone. Later when I looked up my calls list I noticed that he had used five different numbers to contact me. Does anybody know why he would do that? It seemed very suspicious. I wanted to pay by card but I wasn't surprised when he said he had forgotten to bring his card machine. He asked me to do a payment transfer but my automatic banking app said there was no record of his account so I refused to use that method. In the end I reluctantly paid him in cash. Avoid this company at all costs I believe they are operating some sort of scam. Strange things have happened to my mobile since this incident.

Gave details of carpets I wanted cleaning and was given a price which I accepted. Turned up and then gave price which was more than double that which was originally quoted. Can’t comment as to the quality of work as refused his services. Wasted my time
