Absolutely everything, I have the Job Drop sheets / messages / emails to prove. Some are:
- Alina (Head Recruiter) promises one rate of £5, then pays less by using excuses such as XDP pay less for some
- each drop on the job sheet (even if going exact same address) is paid to Regional Recruitment separately by XDP, but Alina pays driver for 1 only, NO health and safety of Driver, who is expected to lift items up to 50 kg,
- Regional will promise driver day rate of £300. When the job is completed, they will pay the driver a lot less, using false terms & conditions,
- whenever there is an issue / underpayment, Alina at Regional Recruitment will ignore you, and fail to pay,
- Regional will fabricate claims, saying items have been damaged or missing, then deduct from drivers commissions, some can be up to £250 a time!!!,
- If a driver cant attend Collection Depot, Regional will mentally bully driver by fine of £300 (failing to turn up), Speak to driver like a modern day slave,

Not to mentioned the communication from Regional Recruitment is extremely poor, cant spell or speak English properly.

If you dont believe me, and got time/money/ effort to waste and wish to break your Van - try it out then leave your own review. Regional took me for £298.90
