I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience with this company.

On 29 June 2026, I paid this company £258 by bank transfer for milk powder for coffee machines. I was told that the order would be supplied/delivered within two days.

However, despite repeatedly contacting the company, I still have not received the goods or my money back.

Every time I contacted them, I was told that the order would arrive “tomorrow” or “the day after tomorrow”. These promises continued repeatedly, but the goods were never delivered.

More recently, they have also failed to answer my telephone calls, making it increasingly difficult to resolve the matter.

I have kept the bank transfer proof, order details and all correspondence regarding this transaction.

I strongly recommend that potential customers exercise extreme caution before making any payment to this company, especially by bank transfer.

I am posting this review so that other customers can be aware of my experience and make their own informed decision.

I have given the company opportunities to resolve this matter, but so far the problem remains unresolved.
