Affinity trust is a massive sh*t show. Staff are rude lazy and racist homophobic clicks. Management will not help solve problems and safeguarding isn't a thing unless ur at training. What ur trained to do isn't what you'll be asked to actively do the complete opposite will be expected. If you do mention any issue you'll suffer for it as management will flip flop.
