Paid for 2 years in store advertising at a local builders merchants. Advertising was ineffective, but that's life. However they completely ignored reuests for any changes to the advertising (which is in the contract and something that they have billed in), and then to top things off discovered that the advertsing had been removed - apparently this had happened 3 months earlier and was not told or consulted. Customer "service" is a joke, don't respond to emails or requests.
I could not agree more currently also in the same situation chasing me for money 18 months later with bullying tactics also.

My wife and I were shamelessly manipulated into a purchase, resulting in a loss of nearly £4,000. Despite our pleas for a refund and our attempts to escalate the issue to management, we have been met with nothing but stonewalling and indifference.
I refuse to stand idly by while this company preys on hardworking individuals like ourselves. I have taken action by reporting them to trading standards, filing a scam complaint with my bank, and I am preparing to take this to court.
Tradespeople deserve better than to be taken advantage of by deceitful companies like Instore Connect/ time media group.
I urge all companies thinking of advertising with this company to rethink their options.
Couldn't agree more, in a dispute with them at the moment about being mis sold a product. Very aggressive and try to get personal about your finances to get you to pay which I am now refusing to give them the rest of the money. Stay away from this scam product and company In-store Connect/ Time Media. Sales guy seemed fine and backed up what he thought I was sold but now gone very quiet and never hear from him again and my only contact now is with a guy called Spencer who is an infuriating individual.
