Ordered product advertised as cardigan/ sweater should have been suspicious as no description given for material made from .Advertised product name Henry cardigan /sweater was £ 59.95 reduced to £39.50 was shopping for a woolen cardigan. Was sent cheap cotton garment Ordered medium & had medium on label but was definitely not medium also no labels giving washing instructions or where it was made or the type of material it was . Having read other customer feed back & the problems encountered did not want the stress so have binned the product . I should have been suspicious when the advertised product did not say what the material was that it was made from I was shopping for a wool cardigan not a cotton cardigan & would not have bought it if I had know also would not have used this company if I had read the negative reviews prior to purchase. Avoid this company it is a scam operator selling cheap imports that fo not match the products advertised very dissapointing will never buy from them again

Despite their website stating they deliver within 1-3 business days, and that returns within 14 days are 'No questions asked'. You cannot get a refund. Customer Services ((deleted by the administrator)) refuses to provide an address for the returns. I should have noticed their website does not provide an address or returns instructions either. They asked for a number of hoops to jump through, they ask you to send photographic evidence of the order to check whether it complies with their returns policy, it of course doesnt. My order had not been opened, it was exactly as they had sent it. It arrived so late I didn't bother to open it. Leona STILL refused to provide an address, but did offer me a 10% discount if I choose to keep 2 pairs of shoddy made shoes, I stupidly purchased 2 sized as wasn't sure would fit. They look nothing like the website image. I will never see the £90 again. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM CASTELLO.

They are in China and they put on the website a different address in Norway!!
Quality is poor and clothes are not like the pictures and they don’t fit!
Refunds are impossible !lost money and patience with customer service

Shocking (deleted by the administrator)- I ordered a corduroy jacket and Linen Trousers. The jacket was some horrible animal skin and the trousers were 100% polyester - as per their tag. They were like something you would buy on a Mumbai street stall.
Their photos were a (deleted by the administrator).
Still trying to get my money back

Goods not as advertised ( polyester when advertised as linen) . Very poor quality. No response to request for returns despite assurances on website that no questions will be asked
