I was reluctant to use this company after reading two bad reviews but my experience has been quite different. I instructed them because another builder didn’t turn up and two others failed to send estimates. Renown turned up on time and submitted a detailed estimate within 24 hours. They started work the following day and though there were some short delays mainly due to delay in delivery of a new window the work was completed promptly and to a good standard. The men were cheerful and anxious to please.

Horrendous experience. Spent over £100000 on a house renovation with small extension and not one single aspect was done properly. A building inspector came to evaluate the work and said it was some of the worst he'd seen in over 30 years of experience. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this firm. After paying a building surveyor to assess the work, they said it was some of the worst they'd seen in over 30 years. Every aspect of an extension and refurbishment was extremely poor quality.
