I can't even express what's more surprising for me. Have you ever thought of reporting those situations anywhere? And what do you mean by drug culture? Is that really what I think?

No they won’t have because they know it’s aload of rubbish

A lot of salty accusations made here about the company.
Surely you would have reported them at the time if you had the actual evidence.
I know things like this happen in various companies, but reading this just seems like someone had a chip on their shoulder for being dismissed for being incompetent.

It just sounds like a bitter ex-employee of the company in question.
Perhaps with no backbone to bring the allegations to light while working there.
An not accepting their own incompetence of not being able to do the job required.

I mean, what you write makes sense for sure, but have you been working for the company? Because these can be not only accusations but also just the description of what happens there...
