You have to verify your identify as they are giving you money. They state that in their terms the user has to be living in the UK, over the age of 18 and share id and mobile number. You can cover an sensitive information as its to stop users from creating fake accounts to earn more money.

As I mentioned, have you tried to contact their support? And I have another question if you don't mind. Are you an employee and have to send that information each month? Or you mean a withdrawal from their site?

I've been using Earneco since they launched the alpha group in 2022, before going live and have been using it daily since! Great support when I've had a question and it's so easy to use and it's become a part of my day. Also found some great products for my skin which is great!
