Put down a deposit mid March - think with Nottingham office if that exists? Plenty of postponements of survey but finally done 2 weeks ago - now nothing & no phone contact or replies to emails. Has something happened here?

Took a deposit, no work done, nothing but excuses felt like a scam.
Eventually had to do a charge back as no response to refund requests.

Utter shambles. Work completed isn’t as quoted, hasn’t repaired the issue. Badly planned, badly organised and resulted in a last minute repair in the dark on the final day which hasn’t fixed anything. Made them aware and 3 months on they haven’t been back.
