  • experience managing high volumes of hiring
  • ability to manage client expectations and relationships with both hiring managers and HR colleagues
  • able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the actuarial market and a credibility in this space
  • able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the tech market and a credibility in this space
  • proven in-house experience across a similar sector and environment
  • strong comms style with an ability to offer a collaborative business partnering approach to relationship building
  • proven ability to directly source and cut down on agency fees

Responsibility


  • assisting the team in adding to our database of good quality, pre-qualified candidates
  • maintaining client relationships to ensure we maintain and build upon our client retention
  • coaching candidates for the interview process where necessary
  • pre and post interview calls to both candidates and clients alike maintaining communication at all times
  • supporting the expansion of the Engagement team and embedding the new business model across the regions
  • proactively managing the external relationships with agency suppliers to ensure key commercial and performance indicators are maintained
  • managing and maintaining third party providers
  • develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • screen and interview potential candidates
  • conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
  • develop relationships with universities, colleges, and other organizations to promote the company's recruitment efforts
  • provide feedback to hiring managers on the progress of the recruitment process
  • negotiate salaries and other terms of employment with successful candidates
  • maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
  • liaising with senior internal stakeholders to establish needs and requirements
  • building and maintaining working relationships with all levels of internal staff
  • posting adverts and reviewing applications
  • conducting interviews with candidates
  • managing multiple hiring requirements at once
  • gather recruit specifications from researchers
