Responsibility


  • develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • screen and interview potential candidates
  • conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
  • develop relationships with universities, colleges, and other organizations to promote the company's recruitment efforts
  • provide feedback to hiring managers on the progress of the recruitment process
  • negotiate salaries and other terms of employment with successful candidates
  • maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
  • gather recruit specifications from researchers
  • achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
  • identifying candidate pools to recruit from
  • sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
