experience of having worked in a complex, global matrix environment as an HR Administrator/Advisor with strong data and analytics skills
CIPD Qualified or experience of working within HR
experience working at an HR Advisor level within a fast-paced environment
high level ability to create PowerPoint presentations from data sets
university degree or equivalent experience
good foundations managing employee relations with solid employment law knowledge
strong communication skills both written and verbal
research issues, problems and trends and make recommendations
