Responsibility


  • assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
  • supervise food preparation and production to ensure quality and consistency
  • collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items
  • maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting skill development
  • help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
  • assist in planning and executing special events or catering services as required
  • salary up to £45,000
  • 45 hours per week, five out of seven
  • 28 days holiday
