Responsibility


  • salary up to £45,000
  • 45 hours per week, five out of seven
  • 28 days holiday
  • collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to our standards
  • assist the Executive Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen

  • ensure consistency and quality in food preparations
  • must be a head chef calibre candidate
  • contribute to menu creation and updates, showcasing your expertise in English cuisine

  • supervise and coordinate kitchen service with other departments
