  • as a General Manager with Brunning and Price you’ll choose your own premium beer, wine and spirit line ups. You'll create your own events and work with your chefs on fresh, seasonal menus. What’s the catch? There isn’t one

  • you will join a team of around 12 bar, server and chef colleagues in an independandly managed, up market Gastro Pub
  • pub Manager/General Manager - £36,000 per year + Accomodation if required + Bonus +6K/year
  • we are looking for an experienced Pub Manager looking to join one of the three British cuisine Gastro Pubs
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • plan and organize special events or promotions
  • overall responsibility for operations and to ensure the smooth running of the pub at all times
  • full P&L accountability together with budgeting and margin management
  • developing the business with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers, to build sales and profitability with assistance from the small executive team
