Requirements

  • prove at an interview/trial the ability to cook a range of breakfast dishes
  • work in a methodical, organised way to ensure guest satisfaction
  • be a reliable happy morning person
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
  • ideally NVQ Level 2/3
  • food Hygiene Certifications
  • experience of working within a similar property
  • good written and spoken English
  • A flexible attitude
  • good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
  • must have a previous solid 2 Rosette or Michelin Background
  • previous breakfast chef experience
  • be organized, methodical and work tidy
  • prepping and cooking to the companies standards
  • be able to do an accurate mise en place list
  • HACCAP knowledge
  • strong understanding of food hygiene practices, stock rotation and labelling
  • allergen knowledge
  • reporting ingredients that need ordering to the Head Chef
  • prepping for the evening service
