Responsibility


  • test bakes on finished flours and positive releasing
  • play a leading role in the identification of Innovation opportunities and set out and manage the steps required to bring these to market

  • stand-in / act as substitute for TBM if required
  • managing, hiring, training, scheduling and supervising of staff bakers
  • maintaining clean work areas and equipment, with defined and follow HACCP guidelines
  • culinary direction and menu design, including of new and seasonal products
  • accurate recipe documentation of all re-occurring products
  • communicating with the foodservice team to ensure that orders are delivered on time and that production runs smoothly
  • make yourself available at reasonable times to ensure marketing content can be filmed for marketing to promote products
  • production of baked goods, preparation of dough for pizzeria
  • purchasing and Inventory Management, with an emphasis on nurturing supplier relationships to identify cost savings while maintaining quality
