Requirements

prior experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
exceptional standards of food hygiene procedures
A cool head in a fast paced environment
good awareness of food allergens
A positive, can do attitude
NVQ L2 Food Hygiene qualification desired, but not essential at training can be provided
experience working around fish and seafood would be great but not essential
previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
