knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment, with a specific emphasis on Joinery/Kitchen packages
ability to manage a team of subcontractors and suppliers to deliver Joinery/Kitchen packages to a high standard
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
strong organisational skills and the ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively
knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance

manage a team of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that work is completed to the required standard
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Joinery/Kitchen packages are delivered to their satisfaction
