  • college diploma or equivalent work experience
  • technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems
  • be able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides

Responsibility


  • operations
  • monitoring of helpdesk tickets and managing escalations to required IT teams or 3rd parties
  • general 1st/2nd line helpdesk support
  • general user account administration on various systems
  • basic PC imaging and profile setup for new computers
  • basic software installations and deployment to PC's
  • monthly reporting to senior manager
  • assist in the maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications
  • implement and configure new technologies, such as servers, firewalls, and networking equipment
  • monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems
  • install and configure hardware and software for new employees
  • document and track all system changes and support requests
  • participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical knowledge and skills
  • provide technical support to internal employees as needed
  • contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes and procedures
  • arranging dispatch of sales products and samples
  • assisting the Transport team
  • screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
