Responsibility


  • schedule conference calls and ensuring room set up
  • pro-actively obtaining and providing timely, relevant and accurate information / reports to and from the CEO
  • organise and manage the physical and electronic filing systems for the CEO
  • act as a central point of contact and main interface for the CEO; liaising with all exec directors and external senior stakeholders as necessary
  • review, prioritise and deal directly with all CEO correspondence
