Responsibility

schedule conference calls and ensuring room set up
pro-actively obtaining and providing timely, relevant and accurate information / reports to and from the CEO
organise and manage the physical and electronic filing systems for the CEO
act as a central point of contact and main interface for the CEO; liaising with all exec directors and external senior stakeholders as necessary
review, prioritise and deal directly with all CEO correspondence
provide event management support as requested
efficiently & effectively organise and manage the CEO diary via MS Outlook, including complex travel itineraries
