  • extensive experience in the deployment and maintenance of distributed enterprise software systems and solutions

Responsibility


  • customer Service Engineer
  • monitoring and overseeing the deployment of maritime domain awareness systems
  • act as a figure of support for the Engineering Support Team
  • data mitigation
  • provide training and support for customer's systems
  • liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the company
  • provide internal support

  • for AGV equipment and accessories perform diagnosis of mechanical / electrical / electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs
  • perform testing, simple troubleshooting on mechanical and electromechanical, electro-pneumatic, and oil-hydraulic circuits of AGV
  • perform routine and extraordinary maintenance procedures on AGV and accessories
  • share problematics and issues with headquarter and branch team
  • maintaining all test equipment, tools, and company property
  • escalating situations where customer satisfaction is compromised
  • provide remote technical support over the phone orientated around technical issues
  • solving faults and functionality, password/pin code issues
  • follow a scripted/process flow type support service to ensure consistency throughout the project
  • raising requests for replacement devices or accessories for the affected individuals
  • excellent customer service support experience
  • strong attention to detail
