Responsibility


  • preparation and upload of daily manual payouts
  • answering payout queries from creators on our customer service portal - written communication - no phones
  • responding to compliance and ID requests from Banking partners
  • general admin tasks on an ad-hoc basis
  • liaise with our external Logistics Partner
  • process Machine orders within SLA
  • review the weekly plan sheet, identifying issues and resolving with the Logistics Partner to ensure all customer orders planned correctly
  • the role will be working closely with the senior operations team to assist with important administration duties and speaking with clients on the phone and email
  • we are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team at our Port Salford site
  • answering emails for both internal and external personnel
  • advising clients of any failed deliveries in the form of a Non-conformance report, from depots, Hauliers and RNPS
  • advising clients of any delivery discrepancies in the form of a discrepancy report, from depots, Hauliers and RNPS
  • maintain a high level of customer/ client focus
  • provide various reports in a timely manner
  • as Customer Service Administrator you will support the day to day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service
