  • manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
  • deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • draw up necessary documents for new tenancies
  • arrange tenancy extension agreements
  • arrange gas and electrical safety checks
  • liaise end of tenancy deposit release with landlord and tenant

  • my client is a well-established Estate Agents working in the sales and lettings area in the London and Essex area they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team, they are extremely busy due to their award-winning guaranteed rent scheme
  • raising and forwarding invoice information internally to finance department
  • be the branch point of contact for queries & questions
  • key duties include a range of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to
  • people and Processes 
  • effective information sharing and participation in team meetings. 
  • the successful candidate will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for managing effective branch processes as part of the regional team and identify areas for continuous improvement
  •  Active participation in monthly financial review to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and cost recovery. 
  • identify scope for process and system improvement opportunities
  • assist the branch in all aspects of sales and lettings administration
  • to complete all lettings files prior to submission to PM
  • assist with office diary management for the teams
  • to work in alongside the lettings teams, covering their admin duties in their absence
  • register new applicants in the absence of the teams and complying with GDPR procedures
