Responsibility


  • undertake opening and closing duties within department
  • delivering pre-service briefings to all staff and leading a small team
  • put forward new ideas for discussion to help improve service and efficiency at work
  • always ensuring effective communication between management and staff
  • ensure staff meet the standards of the company, addressing and correcting bad practice where need be
  • ensuring that all equipment is managed through the correct handling, storage, and maintenance procedure
  • provide general assistance at events e.g., working behind the bar, clearing glasses, serving lunches/dinners
  • reporting any damage or safety hazards or complaints to the management team
  • always keep staff busy and productive, ensure that all jobs assigned to all team members are on a fair rota basis

  • setting up conference rooms in accordance with RSM standards and requirements whilst ensuring that the rooms meet the client’s requirements and are ready for use before their arrival
  • managerial and technical leadership of an electronics design team
