Responsibility


  • managing the schedule of both the Director and Deputy Director
  • planning proactively with the ability to respond quickly to last minute changes
  • responsibility for the organisation of meetings and events both on and off site for the Director and the Deputy Director
  • managing email correspondence, where possible actioning on behalf of the Director and Deputy Director
  • supporting departmental activities as and when required including the preparation of documentation for the ISIS departmental review
  • ensuring care and accuracy whilst prioritising their time appropriately, occasionally coordinating diaries to ensure?that their time is not duplicated
  • where necessary attending meetings to take notes/minutes and track actions, as well as being on hand to ensure that everything runs efficiently and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • preparing all staff contracts, job descriptions, HR policies and forms
