Responsibility


  • assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
  • support the accounts payable and receivable functions
  • assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • assist with general administrative tasks related to finance
  • own and maintain programme tracking tools
  • agree, assign and follow up on actions across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • supporting social media and blog outreach
  • supporting the financial processes of the business, including paying suppliers and assisting with month-end tasks
  • work across teams to gather and compile sustainability-centric management data
  • ensuring the office is kept well-stocked and a comfortable place for the team to work
  • support partners progressing through partner lifecycle processes
  • supporting projects in relation to Ticket Tailor B Corp certification
  • support the creation and launch of policies, training materials and surveys
  • helping the customer experience team with their data insights and reporting of customer feedback
  • supporting projects in relation to their B Corp certification
  • coordinate diaries, events, resources and facilities; internally and externally
  • monitoring the events on their platform to check for any breaches of Acceptable Use Policy
  • helping the customer experience team with their data insights and reporting customer feedback
  • acting as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce team to global user base
