this job is based fully in house at our Team Valley offices and will be reporting into the CX Manager
this is a fixed term position on a 4 month contract
as a part of our nutrition moderation team at Team RH, you’ll be responsible for ensuring we are providing an accurate and diverse range of food, drink and recipe data to our members
show up at least 10 mins before the discussion start time
participate by completing written and oral instructions

maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

this assignment is only 4-6 weeks long, Data Entry experienced required
enter data accurately and efficiently into our databases and systems
uploading a variety of data information onto the system in an accurate manner
perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
processing invoices and corresponding with clients in an efficient way
update and maintain various data sets and records as needed
managing relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with the service they have received
identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
escalating problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution
collaborate with team members to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
analysing spreadsheets to extract relevant data
this role will involve completing a DBS and Credit Check
