strong financial acumen, with experience in creating detailed financial forecasts and managing large budgets
in-depth knowledge of UK real estate regulations, market trends, and best practices
extensive network of industry contacts, including developers, financiers, and real estate professionals
ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to completion
minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior operational role within the real estate industry, particularly in developing large-scale mixed-use projects
you have experience in a similar SaaS Operations position, with a strong technical understanding
you have a good understanding of commercial software license agreements
you have a strong understanding of how Service Delivery and Service Management work successfully
you're a natural leader, able to achieve buy-in with both the business and technical teams
10 years extensive experience in information technology or a related field
minimum of 5 years experience in leadership
experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field
experience managing OS environments and tools such as Jamf, Jira, Monday, and Google Workspace, Chromebook, Mobile Device Fleet Management
experience working in a rapidly scaling startup or rapid growth environment
proven track record of significant experience in project management, preferably within the subsea services / offshore industry. Experience with ‘survey’ projects is considered an advantage
