Requirements


  • exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
  • demonstrated success in developing projects of at least 125 units, with a proven ability to generate a 15% profit on cost

  • strong financial acumen, with experience in creating detailed financial forecasts and managing large budgets
  • in-depth knowledge of UK real estate regulations, market trends, and best practices
  • extensive network of industry contacts, including developers, financiers, and real estate professionals
  • ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to completion
  • minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior operational role within the real estate industry, particularly in developing large-scale mixed-use projects
  • you have experience in a similar SaaS Operations position, with a strong technical understanding
  • you have a good understanding of commercial software license agreements
  • you have a strong understanding of how Service Delivery and Service Management work successfully
  • you're a natural leader, able to achieve buy-in with both the business and technical teams
  • 10 years extensive experience in information technology or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in leadership
  • experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field
  • experience managing OS environments and tools such as Jamf, Jira, Monday, and Google Workspace, Chromebook, Mobile Device Fleet Management
  • experience working in a rapidly scaling startup or rapid growth environment
  • proven track record of significant experience in project management, preferably within the subsea services / offshore industry. Experience with ‘survey’ projects is considered an advantage

Responsibility


  • manage financial performance, owning P&L, controlling costs, and securing profitable long-term contracts
