you have experience in a similar SaaS Operations position, with a strong technical understanding
you have a good understanding of commercial software license agreements
you have a strong understanding of how Service Delivery and Service Management work successfully
you're a natural leader, able to achieve buy-in with both the business and technical teams
proven track record of significant experience in project management, preferably within the subsea services / offshore industry. Experience with ‘survey’ projects is considered an advantage

development of an annual Divisional business plan for all services and ensure that it is fully implemented
exercise responsibility for the delivery of statutory obligations, act, and operate to the highest standards in accordance with the council’s plans
taking responsibility for the delivery of specific change and transformation projects on behalf of the Director
co-ordinate the development and delivery of evidenced based strategies, action plans and annual service/business plans for services and teams
