develop, Implement, and manage a portfolio of Large EPCM Package Contracts and Site Services Agreements associated with the Project
where applicable prepare and Issue tender documentation
compile tender documentation, ensuring that the package is complete and viable
strategize and hold tender clarification meetings
facilitate information to and from tenderers
issue tender bulletins and clarification documentation
ensure that technical and commercial negotiation evaluations and strategies are carried out in a timely manner
we are looking for individuals who are degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
qualification and may either have, or be working towards, professional membership of a relevant
technical or professional body, for example the MRICS, MCIARB
qualification within construction sector
knowledge and experience of Building Maintenance including Health & Safety management
social Housing experience
HND or relevant qualification and or extensive senior management experience or equivalent in repairs and maintenance
knowledge of PAS2030/35
strong contract management and commercial experience
construction and H&S experience
previous experience Contracts Management Experience on multiple high-volume new build residential sites
design & Build Experience , Traditional Build experience, and strong New Build background with a National Residential Developer or Main Contractor
excellent communication skills

managing a team of Supervisors, direct staff and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed within Health, Safety, Quality and Street Works guidelines
identify and resolve supplier and operational issues and inefficiencies, develop suppliers and ensure value for money in contracted services
take responsibility for all repairs, planned maintenance and major works delivered through the district team
ensure property related works are undertaken in a safe manner, delivers high levels of customer satisfaction, and meets financial targets
operational delivery of retrofit programme to PAS2030/35 standards, including supervision of a number of stages in the process
